Hey there.  This is not intestinal suicide.  It's a bit hard on your kidneys
and if you have bad kidneys I would not suggest it.  However, it does do the
system allot of good , especialy if only done when neccessary... try not to
do it more than once a month.  Personally I have used baking soda and water
to relieve constipation (not hte major dose your taking but the same idea).
I was told it is not harmful to a 'normal' system.
