Hello!
I see some of you have children with celiac disease--- what are the symptoms
in children and how are they diagnosed? I'm very new to all of this, so
please excuse me if this question sounds simple. I have a 4.5 year old boy
(diagnosed mildly autistic), who complains frequently of a sore stomach, and
loves bread, pasta and cereal (has to be practically forced to eat anything
else!). Is this a clue? I'd appreciate any information and\or advice. Also,
what would be a good book on going gluten-free for a beginner? Thank you very
much!
