Sorry it took so long to respond but I kept forgetting my book from KRAFT
(CANADA) at home. It has 10 blue pages designating diabetes-food choices, GF
and Kosher KRAFT items. These are followed by 50+ pages of nutrional values
of their products. They produce this book annually and this is the first year
"due to a number of requests", that they have added the blue pages.

Copies of this book are available by calling 1-800-268-1775, now this may be
only for Canada so here is the address and FAX nr.

I have the 1994 book and the 1995 book is not ready yet.

I also received a list from LIPTON just by calling the 1-800 number on the
side of the onion soup mix. I called to find out if it was GF and they
asked if I would like a list. Their list is not as extensive as Kraft but
very useful, ie.

OXO boullion cubes are NOT GF but the liquid and packets are. Great news to
me as I used the cubes prior to diagnosis and just assumed all the OXO's
were the same product just in different forms.

I find the easiest and cheapest way to find info is call the number on the
product label, if there is one. If there isn't and the product is in
question I find a product to replace it that is okay.
