I could have sworn that this particular fight had already ocurred years 
ago and that the courts had maintained that a web site is a part of the 
public facing facilities which have to be accessible. Am I dreaming? As 
to Terri's point, I'd agree except that expecting any improvements in 
federal regulations concerning people with disabilities in the current 
political climate is a pipe dream. Frankly it is moving the other 
direction again.
