Hi Ana,
Thank you so much for this tip! It worked, but now there is another 
problem, and that is, in internet explorer, it tells me the percentages 
of the file that has been downloaded, but in firefox, when I press jaws 
key b it doesn't read me the window, so, either way, I cannot hear the 
percentages, so I don't even know if anything is being downloaded, and 
how much of the file has been downloaded. It also will not play a sound 
to tell me when the download is finnished.
As for your second comment, I don't hate change, but when something 
doesn't work, which I need to work, then I hate it, because the product 
is not usable for me.
