Hi Linda,
I ran an Air Force MARS net for almost a year using nothing but headphones 
to listen and a Perkins Brailler to log. It's not high-tech but it worked 
very well for me. Today, you could transcribe your brailed notes into an MS 
Word file after the net so that you can create a date/time bulleted net log.
