Thanks guys I did find my password after all but frankly it wasn't easy 
grin!

His emails are not addressed as you would expect and even the subject 
wasn't helpful.

The long and short of it was I was not searching for the correct string 
to allow me to retrieve the email.

I finally found it thogh.
I also don't see his email address on the website no matter how many 
times his online help says its there.

Weird but no matter.
