OK, I tried *69 and *66 and neither work; evidently, I don't have that
feature with my present phone service. I recently switched from At&T's
landline service to their wireless service, and apparently in the switch,
that featured didn't transport over. 

This is such a crazy world; when I switched, I was told that we would keep
all of the features we had but in addition, we would have several additional
features, and out total wireless monthly bill would be considerably less. As
it turns out, we seem to have fewer features, and our monthly phone bill has
almost doubled. 

I taught and practiced business for most of my life, and I am shocked at how
customer service and integrity have deteriorated over the years The
government keeps passing more laws and regulations, but it fails to enforce
the ones already on the books!
