Tom, my feeling is that if you get a qsl it obligates you to return one unless
the sender specifically tells you it is not necessarryl  Having said that, I
must admit that with both my wife and me being totals returning qsls has become
very difficult and I have to admit that I have a number which still are
unreturned.
