I would have loved to give 10 a try, but as I stated earlier, I simply
didn't want to risk it, given my antenna situation.

And, I agree;  40 actually wasn't in bad shape through the entire contest.

Tom, I think 40 was better than 20 this field day anyway, it was here anyway
all except maybe the first 3 hours. Other than that I think 40 was better
than 20 from what I saw. What shocked me was that 10 was open yesterday
afternoon. I was completely shocked over that.
