Hi Steve!

I've done it for a couple people that claimed it needed doing and they
couldn't manage it. Ya know, some elevators just don't go to the top I
reckon. Even though I did what they wanted, the ultimate fix appeared to be
replacing the card and recreating the profile. In my experience, that
combination never fails to put things right.
