Phil,

A couple other notes, ...

Older versions of Skype won't run any longer.  So, you need to update to a newer version if you haven't.

The compact view works best, you can find it under the view menu.

Also, tools, Options, under that look for the advanced options.  In that treeview, you will see a checkbox to enable accessible mode, you want that checked.

Also, in options, check the hotkeys area.  You will want to enable various hotkeys.

Example: alt-pgup to answer a call, I think control-alt-Pgup will answer a call with your camera so it is a video call.  I think alt-pgdn hangs up.
