Hi John,

I am wondering, is there a way to adjust the level of the pre amp? In my old
D 104 special there was an adjustment that took a screwdriver through a hole
in the bottom. When the switch on the MC 60 A is in the forward position,
the mic makes a warbling sound.

God bless,
REV. Mark (WZ0K)

If you take the switch on the bottom of the base and put it forward, it
should be strong enough I'd think since that turns on the preamp, you don't
need batteries form that radio either. if that radio has mic gain, hopefully

that can be turned up if needed. 1 or both of those should work. Also, on
top of the mic is an impedance switch, it's the one further back from the
head, and is smaller than the other one, you can play with that as well. If
that's set wrong it may have some effect on your audio level.
