i'm not sure Gery.  I copied it from an audio CD which I returned to 
the owner.  My copy was terrible - level was extremely low.
It seems that NFB was involved in the production of the 
document.  Between them and the manufacturer they created an 
extremely helpful document.  Can't be any more specific than that but 
it makes the use of the device quite easy (I believe).
