I don't know the rules there but in the US, 11 meter radios can only be 4 
watts how ever, the 10/11 meter ones are often converted to run both so they 
can use more power on 11 around here. That's why they're referred to that 
way, really I've heard it said no one would want to run them on 10 meters 
legally though I know many who have mobile. I don't know what CB radio is 
like there, or 11 meters, but if I was going to do that I'd rather run a 
legal radio and not jeopardize my amateur license if caught. I run 2 meters 
mobile and 900 MHz though have yet to put either in the new car. I may put 
VHF in later though since my wife is out of work hurt and wants a radio in 
there ASAP so I might do that today.
