Mike,

I opened aWritelog contest module for "outside K or VE" to see what the 
list of mults for DX stations would be.

I see NF and LB listed as seperate mults.  Hope this helps and maybe you 
could get other conformation from someone, but   I'm thinking you would 
use NF as you suggested.
