Nah. The keys are fine. I’d say 30 WPM or so is good. I’ll send you Email off list with some commands to send to the radio from the macro editor/command tester to make things a bit easier. 

You’ll get a computer interface cable, so that’s no problem. 

While I’m sure the Hampod is nice, if you can copy morse, you’ll be OK, and you can set up a couple things to make it easier to use when you’re not near a computer.
