The Sommelier at the Waldorf Astoria, Orlando told me that ALL red wine
worldwide is aged in *wheat flour-dusted oak* or other wood barrels.

Has anyone else heard of this? When I queried him on whether EVERY country
did this or only the US he hesitated and said it was done this way
worldwide.

Appreciate any expert feedback!
