doubtful since they don't put speech in the radios for blind people 
anyway...and when a radio is in your hand, well, you don't need the speech 
if you can see right hahaha.

But hey, if Baofeng can put it into a 40 dollar radio, limited though it is 
now, I'm sure kenwood or any of those could do it.
