Hi John and Group,

Was that the old North American Teleconferencing Net? I remember those. In
fact I and a group of other people did a national teleconference back in
1987 around the issue of novice enhancement.

The folks at the Derone Connection were gracious enough to let us use
their conference bridge for the net which was transmitted on over 100
repeaters around the us. This was before the days of audio over ip on the
internet. To participate in the conference each repeater control operator
had to dial into the conference bridge on their autopatch. This brings back
memories.
