I am starting to study for my extra ticket as well.  To obtain accessible 
study material I have joined Handihams.  I have attempted to download the 
lectures as well.  I couldn't download them.  I thought there was some kind 
of difficulty with their site as I was able to download other stuff from 
there with no difficulty.
