Hello All:
Quite some time ago, (maybe 4 or 5 months) I found that my PDF reader
by Adobe needed upgrading. I got the usual messages from Adobe so
eventually I bit the bullet and spent the time downloading. When the
program said "Done" it gave me a message saying it had encountered an
error and the download was not successful.
The next time I tried to open a PDF file I was asked what program I
wanted to use and, of course, as you might guess no PDF reader was
available on my computer and Windows didn't show me one on the Net.
I tried twice more to download the PDF reader with the same results
"installation encountered an error and was not successful."
So I'm stumped because I can't find the old PDF reader files on my
machine and I can't install new ones.
I use Windows Vista, Jaws 10 and IE7.
Any suggestions would be very helpful, no PDF cramps my ability to
completely perform my functions here on the Farm.
Thanks,
