I paid a total of about 600 bucks Canadian to get operational. It will work with the KW TS-2K and you'll need a dyn DNS or no-ip service. You'll also need HRD on a PC unless your gonna use a supported rig with a separate head option. I'd stay away from the MFJ or from the guy in Florida because the remote rig doesn't require conventional phone line or Skype.
