There is also the option of using the plextalk pocket. It uses wy-fi for
web radio. it can be had from FS for $275.00. I have one I use for both
web radio and downloading and listening to podcasts.

A friend of mine is legally blind, 83 years old, and has no intention of
learning how to run a computer. Her radio station has left her behind by
changing from classic country to top forty. Like many people, commercial
radio has abandoned her.
I see three wifi radios for sale on http://www.ccradio.com
Has anybody tried a radio like that, and how blind friendly is it to
operate. She has access to wifi, but as long as she feels a radio under her
hands rather than a keyboard, she is happy.

I envy her her tranquility!
