Hi all,

I have heard many of you talk about the Heil microphones, headphones etc.

I have never used any of these to date.

Is Bob Heil indeed the inventor of the Air Motion Transformer tweeter marketed by E S S Laboratories starting back in the early 1970's?

I have a pair of the original A M T 1's that I think has the best sounding mid range and highs I have ever heard. The A M T 1 is lacking in the low end, however, if you add a subwoofer as I did you will not find a better sounding speaker in my opinion. That is why I still have this system after 38 years.

The Air Motion Transformer is amazing!! If you haven't heard it, your in for a treat if you ever do.

Is Bob Heil visually impaired or did he just happen to stop by the net?
