I've learned that enter doesn't work on a submit button, but space bar should.

  On some websites, I have had trouble submitting forms on websites. I fill 
  out the form and when I press the submit button it just sits there and 
  doesn't submit or clear as far as I can tell.  I am using Internet Explorer 
  version 8 and Microsoft Internet Security as my virus program which I don't 
  think is proving to be as accessible as I was told it was.  But this was a 
  problem even when I was using Trend Micro Titanium.  Any suggestions?
