Harvey,

What screen reader are you using with this package?  Sometimes, you may have 
to do a left-click mouse simulation on the submit button.  Alternatively, 
try listing the form controls and finding the submit button and press enter.

As far as MSSE, you probably aren't familiar with the procedure for showing 
all its content.  Open MsSSE, tab to the home button, now right-arrow and 
you will see the other options.

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
