Hi this is Howard #3.

I agree with what Howard said, it is probably that something was not filled 
in correctly or accidentally omitted.  I had this happen to me just the 
other day.  The problem is that it is sometimes hard to find the error 
message telling you what's wrong.  I hate it when the message says correct 
the fields marked in red.
