Hi Curtis,

This isn't quite an answer to your question, as accessibility is largely gained via a PC. I like the Elecraft K3.

Having said that, it does have some access features built-in, via the audio beeps.

I use this rig in conjunction with N1MM Logger and, if I want to set up menu items, there's now K3 Texter. There is also the K3 Utility and K3 Voice, all of which are accessible, doing different, complementary  things.

Well, there you go. That's my experience, I leave others to tell you about stand alone accessible rigs.
