I'm running an  Ameritron A L S1300 and a Palstar 2K tuner.  Before I bought 
the A L S 1300, I owned an A L S 600.  Both of these Ameritron solid state 
amps have worked very well for me.  You will need a flat antenna or a good 
tuner though.

Just curious what amps all of you are running and any good or bad
experiences.
THanks.   I've got a magnus, but thinking about putting it in the mobile
and getting something else for the shack.
