I've always wondered why more of the portible note taking devices haven't 
had programs written for them that take the data straight out of the radio 
where a DB9 connecter is availible on the rig.
I don't have any programming skills so I could never tackle the idea...but 
you can get raw data out of a radio like the ts2000 for a whole bunch of 
different things that could be used to input to a portible note taker...
I think some of the newer note takers have things like line in or microphone 
in jacks on them, so even an RTTY/PSK31 program could be written for them 
since it's all bassed on audio input/output which those little gadgets seem 
to be good at doing.
Now, if someone could just write a good accessible RTTY/PSK31 etc app for 
the IPhone...
