I have been GF free for 1 year, but lately I feel like I am becoming more sensitive. I have double-checked the following items: reading all labels (mostly avoiding carbs except rice and corn tortillas), soap/shampoo/cosmetics and supplements/medication. I do eat out in restaurants which provide GF menus. And I live in a house where there is gluten, so I have separate pots/cutting board/cabinets for my GF items. What else should I check? I will summarize.
