This is just a thought but it has worked on some buttons.  
On the submit button try shift enter.  Thank you.

Thank you, Anna, for trying to help; but the search button is not the button I am talking about.  After pushing the search button and choosing my service area on the xfinity tv listings page, I go down and find Submit; that is the button (if it is one) that I cannot reach with the Jaws cursor and it will not respond the entering or clicking with the PC cursor.  I think I'm going to have to find a way to use the mouse, probably with a friend's help.  Thanks.
