Okay, everybody.  Thanks much for the suggestions.

I tried everything with the Jaws cursor that I could, but before the suggestions about Java came in I got someone to use my mouse, which in fact did reach the button, which I guess it was; and no, hitting a b didn't get me to it.  It's obviously not a friendly button.  So my zip code is now correct, but whether what is to come will be any better I cannot say.  The tech person I talked to tried hard but just didn't have a clue what to do.  I am still trying to set Remote Tune and the verdict is not in, but probably no use going any further with this thread.  I will drop you all a line if I find that, once the big first hurdle was crossed, I have success with Remote Tune; but right now I have my doubts.

I really appreciate everyone's efforts.
