Yes, that was a great article. Normally, palaeolithic diets are hardly ever mentioned in the media, let alone rawpalaeolithic diets, so this was a start. The main thing I object to, though, is that foolish claim re reaching 30, implying that that was the maximum age of Palaeo peoples, more or less. 35 for men and 30 for women was merely the mean average lifespan and took into account a very high infant mortality, so, in fact, once they survived the childhood stage, plenty of palaeolithic people lived way past the age of 30.
