Is it theCarolina Windom 160 compact, like I have?

If so, I had the same problem.
How high up is it?

Now, if I can only get mine back up after the feedline problem I suffered a
few weeks ago!

Anyway, with that Windom, you should do a pretty good job of getting into
our nets from Kansas.

Subject: windom antenna

I got my 160 meter windom up today, so hopefully it will work better than
the g 5 r v, at least it works on 160. One strange thing is it appears to
be resonant way below the band, but looks good on 75. I hen't checked any
other bands yet. The 2000 tunes it fine though.
