Marie

The last 4 links to Google docs do not work.

For that reason, I did not approve the posts

Subject: Summary of Bread Machine recipes from Listserv friends

<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your
situation.>>

Thank You to everyone who responded to my query for recipes for Bread
Machines. I know those responses take time, so I think you for that time
you spent. Here are the results:

Summary:

"Bette Hagmans old cookbooks have bread machine adaptations."
==================================================
"Annalise Roberts has a cookbook out specifically for bread machines. Her
recipes are wonderful, very easy."

=====================================================

"I reviewed a cookbook on GF bread machine recipes:
http://glutenfreerecipebox.com/125-best-gluten-free-bread-machine-recipes-re
view-and-giveaway

It came out very heavy, but the author specializes in low starch recipes,
more whole grains. It's healthy though. It's much more simpler to bake it
in the oven. Bread machines cause you to hand scrape the sides the entire
time during mixing.  Ugh!

Good luck to your friend!

"Checkout glutenfreepalace.com have a great bread recipe"

====================================================

"Being super busy, I am so thankful for Pamela's packaged bread mix. It is
unbelievably good and I make a loaf every week. It doesn't even need a
bread machine with a gluten-free setting."

===================================================

"We use a mix called "Pamela's Products Ultimate Baking & Pancake Mix"
available in a box of 6 from
Amazon<http://www.amazon.com/Pamelas-Products-Ultimate-24-Ounce-Packages/dp/
B000DZDJ0K/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1308070422&sr=8-2>.
 It is a little bit cheaper than what we were paying Whole Foods for
their
frozen loaves and actually tastes like real bread. My 9yo celiac daughter
loves it and eats about a loaf a week. It is a pretty dense loaf and does
not go stale in the 5-7 days it takes her to eat it. We just store it in
cellophane wrap in the pantry."
