Quite honestly, cooked, low-carb diets notoriously do NOT lead to permanent weight-loss. Cooked zero-carb diets have some credibility as regards weight-loss, but RVAF diets(all-raw vegetable, animal and fruit diets) are the best option for weight-loss, according to reports.
