I remember when I first started eating GF and all the terrible thoughts of
"this is going to be difficult" and "how am I going to enjoy food?"...
"meals are gonna take way too long to make..."

Thank goodness things are so easy now..  One company everyone should know
about is 1-2-3 Gluten Free as their products are so simple versatile --
mixes that create recipes like my favorites: cornbread, pizza, chicken
dumplings and even a few Jewish items are #1 on my list.
