http://tinyurl.com/yb7f4fl We recently published a study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association on gluten contamination of naturally gluten-free grains and fours. More information is available on my website from the link at the beginning of the post. For those of you who can not access the full article I will be summarizing the study in a blog post soon and will post the link when it is available.
