I have been celiac for almost a year and am slowly getting used to all the things that will bother me. My problem now is that I have so much pain in my knee every day that makes it uncomfortable to even walk most of the time. I have tried over the counter medications that have helped others like Renewin and Osteo Biflex but they give me a celiac attack. A few weeks ago I had the worst celiac attack I have ever had after eating seafood from Thailand. I had to go to the emergency room for help because it was so severe. I am assuming that it was from the seafood as all the other foods I ate with it were completely gluten free. Now I see that the medicines I tried for my knee have shellfish in them and I am assuming that is what is bothering me. So I went to the Health Food Store and the only Glucosamine pills that they had without shellfish were made in a facility that also made wheat products. Does anyone know what I can get for my knee to help it? I only want to consider surgery on it as a last resort. Your advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Barbara
