I want to change the owner on this Dell laptop (P3) running Windows XP.  
When I go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current 
Version
There is no "registered owner" or "registered organization" string for 
me to change. Yet the previous owner shows up in the computer 
information screen. Running a search for registered owner or for the 
name does not find it. How can I change the owner name?
