I have the same problem and also have not found a solution. My arrow keys
seem to stick so I will press my right arrow key and JAWS will say the same
character that the cursor was on before I press the key. JAWS does not seem
to play nice with anything Office 2007 on my computer. For this reason I
have started using System Access to Go when working in Office 2007
applications.

Subject: Re: [VICUG-L] Arrow keys in Microsoft Word

I'm interested in this thread as well. I recently switched to Office 2007
exclusively. Most of the time I can arrow around in a Word document just
fine, but every now and then, I don't get any feedback from Jaws when I use
the arrow and ctrl+arrow keys. I know the document is on the screen because
I can read it using the Jaws cursor or the say-all command.

I suspect I've accidentally triggered a setting in Word because the arrow
keys work just fine in other applications and because the problem clears up
when I close Word, wait a few seconds, and open it again. But it hasn't
happened often enough for me to figure it out.
