I'm interested in this thread as well. I recently switched to Office 2007
exclusively. Most of the time I can arrow around in a Word document just
fine, but every now and then, I don't get any feedback from Jaws when I use
the arrow and ctrl+arrow keys. I know the document is on the screen because
I can read it using the Jaws cursor or the say-all command.

I suspect I've accidentally triggered a setting in Word because the arrow
keys work just fine in other applications and because the problem clears up
when I close Word, wait a few seconds, and open it again. But it hasn't
happened often enough for me to figure it out.
