Hi Becky:
Here is what I would do:
1. From the inbox, tab one time to the list of contacts.
2. Down arrow to the first contact. This will select it. Then, hold
down the control key and continue arrowing down through the contacts.
For each contact you want, with the control key held down, press space
bar to select it.
3. Once you've selected all of the contacts, press enter. This opens
up a message.
4. Tab or shift-tab to the "to:" field. You'll notice that all of the
contacts you selected are there, this isn't what you want, but read on.
5. Hold down the control key and press the home key, then hold control
and shift keys down and press end. This selects everything in the to:
field.
6. Press ctrl-X to cut the information from the to: field. Tab two
times, then press ctrl-V to paste the contacts into the Bcc field.
7. Tab to subject, give the message a subject, then continue inputting
the e-mail as normal.
If you need some guidance, call me here at the help desk.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Help with Outlook Express
I want to send an e-mail to certain contacts in my address book, and I
want to put their names in the BCC field. I found some instructions for
doing this, but either something's been left out of the instructions or
I'm doing something incorrect.
Any help would be appreciated.
Becky DeGeorge
