Hi,
I need suggestions for the earthquake kit at my son's school. The school provides a week's worth of provisions, which consist of water, and some sort of giant (non-GF) power bar that they chip pieces off of should such a dire circumstance occur. My kid is 7 and the usual kid picky eater. I don't want to send anything with nuts because I don't want to complicate some other kid/parent's life who has to deal with a nut allergy. I would like to send some sort of protein. Ideas?
Thanks,
Michelle Azimov
