I know someone who actually hooked up a w2IHY box to 1 of those radios and 
it sounds good. Unfortunately I can get mien to sound good on SSB, or FM, 
not both so naturally I opt for SSB. AM's good this way too, I really 
couldn't care less what I sound like on FM.
