I don't know, Howard.  I checked the Windows firewall and tried to turn it 
off, but that had no effect.  Maybe Trend Micro which is my anti virus 
software was causing the problem, but I don't know how to put System Access 
on its list of trusted programs.  That part of Trend Micro is apparently 
inaccessible to us.
