After speaking to Bayer, which is the current owner of Citracal, I
called Mission which still is the manufacturer of Citracal. I
discussed the response I had received from Bayer.

The consumer representative checked with the man who is in charge of
manufacture in the plant.

There are no gluten containing products made in their plant. There is
no gluten in their plant.

Citracal continues to be gluten free.

They were going to get in touch with Bayer about their response to
consumers

I can now breathe a sigh of relief as we have been using Citracal for
a long time. We have never been happy with Novartis or Bayer.

Irma
