I just wanted everyone know that I ate at UNO's last night and they have Gluten Free Pizza!!!  It was wonderful.  Unfortunately they are only trialing this at this point in Mass, RI, Maine and NH.  They offer it plain or pepperoni.  If enough people try it they may keep it and go nationwide.  I also wanted to let everyone know that they now have a gluten free menu.  We're getting there...
